Ingredients:
  • ● Doner Kebab - 125 gram
  • ● French Fries - 60 gram
  • ● Greek Flatbread - 90 gram
  • ● Mixed Diced Salad and Yuzu Juice - 50 gram
  • ● Tzatziki Sauce - 40 gram
  • ● Feta Cheese - 20 gram
Tzatziki Sauce:
  • ● Full Fat Greek Yogurt - 120 gram - 120 gram
  • ● Garlic Granules - 15 gram
  • ● Grated Cucumber - 50 gram
  • ● Lemon Juice - 15 gram
  • ● Oilive Oil - 15 gram
  • ● Finely Choopped Mint - 15 gram
  • ● Salt - 3 gram
  • ● Black Pepper - 3 gram
Diced Salad:
  • ● Cucumber - 100 gram
  • ● Red onion - 100 gram
  • ● Cherry Tomatoes - 100 gram
  • ● Little Gem Lettues - 100 gram
  • ● Yuzu Juice - 20 gram

How to cook?

  • Place small frying pan on medium heat with a dash of olive oil pour in Doner meat and heat through turning occationally.
  • Deep fry or Airfry french Fries 8-10 mins.
  • Make Salad.
  • Fine dice all ingredients, cucumber,tomatoe,onion around 5mm, lettues 10-12 mm place in a small bowl or container and add the Yuzu and mix in on a board place open the flatbread. Spread the tzatziki over the whole surface area.
  • Add the fries on one half of the bread, layer over the fries with the diced salad, then add the Kebab meat and finally a layer of feta. Fold the flatbread in half. Gentally lift flatbread and place on a sandwich grill and grill press for 2-3 mins.
  • Place on serving plate with green garnih decoration.
  • Serve and Enjoy.
