Ingredients:
  • ● Breaded Crisper Strips - 125 gram
  • ● Bell Peppers - 25 gram
  • ● Onion - 25 gram
  • ● Tenderstem Broccoli - 25 gram
  • ● Sugar Snap Pea - 25 gram
  • ● Crushed Peanuts - 10 gram
  • ● Noodle sauce - 100 gram
Noodle Sauce:
  • ● Soy Sauce - 60 gram
  • ● Oyster Sauce - 25 gram
  • ● Sesame oil - 15 gram
  • ● Rice Vinegar - 15 gram
  • ● Honey - 20 gram
  • ● Ginger Puree - 15 gram
  • ● Garic Puree - 15 gram
  • ● Chilli Flakes - 5 gram

How to cook?

  • Place Crispers Deep Fryer set to 180°c for 4-6 mins From Tempured / Place Crispers in Airfry set to 180°c for 6-8 mins From Tempured.
  • Make the Noodle Sauce.
  • In a small mixing bowl add the ingredients.
  • Slice peppers and onion in nice bite size chunks, trim broccoli 5mm from floret, keep peas whole.
  • Chop and Crush Peanuts.
  • Place all veg in a wok on medium heat with a little sesame oil, fry for 5mins add sauce and fry for a further 2 mins, add crispers, peanuts and toss in with veg and sauce.
  • Pour full contents into serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle over the Sesame seeds and Chives. Carefully place Microgreens in middle of dish.
