Sri Lankan Wing Plate
Ingredients:
- ● Roasted Wings - 500 gram
- ● Kalupol Glaze - 50 gram
- ● Devilish Mango Dip - 100 gram
Mango Dip:
- ● Mango pulp/pureed - 60 gram
- ● Fresh Basil - 2 gram
- ● Garlic Puree - 6 gram
- ● Green Chilli - 3.5 gram
- ● Chilli flakes - 3.5 gram
- ● Salt - 2.5 gram
- ● Salt - 2.5 gram
- ● Honey - 10 gram
- ● Olive Oil - 5 gram
- ● Lemon Juice - 5 gram
Kalupol Glaze:
- ● Chilli Powder - 8 gram
- ● Tumeric powder - 4 gram
- ● Mild Curry Powder - 8 gram
- ● Cumin Powder - 4 gram
- ● Tamarind - 5 gram
- ● Coconut powder - 8 gram
- ● Dried red chilli - 2.5 gram
- ● Mustard powder - 2 gram
- ● Cinnamon powder - 2 gram
- ● Onion Powder - 1.5 gram
- ● Garlic Powder - 1.5 gram
- ● Ginger Powder - 1.5 gram
- ● Salt - 1 gram
- ● Pepper - 1 gram
How to cook?
- Place Wings in Deep Fryer set to 180°c for 4-6 mins From Tempured / Place Wings in Airfry set to 180°c for 6-8 mins From Tempured.
- Make Kalupol Glaze and Mango Dip.
- In a blender combine mango pulp, chili, garlic, chili flakes, salt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into a Dipping Bowl.
- Place all ingredients for the Kalupol into a zip seal bag and shake until thoroughly mixed together.
- Place The cooked wings in a mixing bowl pour over Kalupol and mix untill all wings are fully covered.
- Place the coated wings nicely on a plate along side the Dip.
- Serve and Enjoy.
