Whisk all liquids together in a bowl with the Five spice and purees. Mix until a consistant smooth sauce and additional water to the sauce if its to thick.
Slice all Vegtables into nice thin sticks around 2-3mm thick. Place on presentation plate in induviual piles.
Heat through flatbreads, cut into triangles and open inside, place on place. Pre-heat pan on medium, add breast to the pan and drizzle over sauce. Cook in sauce for 6 mins turning occationally.
Cut Chicken across the breast around 5mm thick place on plate and pour over any left over sauce from pan.
